My name is Brittney Behan. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Stretch/Mobility Therapist with a strong foundation in Occupational Therapy. With experience in long-term care and in-home therapeutic settings, I bring a comprehensive, client-centered approach to movement, recovery, and performance.
I spent several years as the lead trainer at a corporate, hands-on stretching facility, helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function. I previously focused my personal training work in private/home settings. You can find me working part time as a personal trainer at NCYMCA and as a personal trainer and stretch/mobility therapist here at Range for supporting individuals of all fitness levels in building strength, confidence, and sustainable movement habits. I also hold specialized certificates in the Science of Stretching and Mobility Essentials for Fitness Professionals, reinforcing my expertise in flexibility training and corrective movement.
By signing up for a 60 minute assisted one-on-one therapeutic stretch session, you can expect to be taken through a series of stretches throughout the entire body. If you choose a 30 minute session, we will work on specific muscle groups tailored to your needs. Whether you’re looking for injury prevention, relieving pain, improving flexibility/mobility, posture, stress relief or improvement in sports/other tasks, assisted stretching will be sure to help you reach your goals.
