What to Expect at Range

Range is designed to bring multiple approaches to care into one place. Instead of navigating different providers on your own, we curate the right mix of services based on your needs.

  • Access to a range of specialties in one location

  • A process that helps match you with the right provider(s)

  • The ability to combine different approaches to care when needed

  • A more connected experience across services

Each provider brings their own expertise and approach, but everything is guided by a shared goal—helping you move forward with the right plan.

 Common Questions

No insurance, why?

Our priority is simple:
Provide high-quality comprehensive care at accessible rates without the complication of insurance.

Insurance companies should not be dictating patient care.

Insurance models reward volume and limit the time we can spend with patients. They also require extensive administrative work  verification, pre-authorizations and managing claims which take away valuable time from patient care. We prioritize being able to fully focus on each patient, giving you the time and attention you deserve.

In many cases insurance copays actually exceed the cost of care in our office. Restrictions from insurance companies often prevent patients from seeking the care they need.

By choosing to not participate with insurance companies we are able to focus entirely on our patients. This allows us to spend more time with each person, provide more personalized care, and incorporate modalities not typically covered by insurance.

Taking insurance would also mean we are unable to offer any sort of discounts. We want to make quality care affordable for everyone, and not participating in insurance games allows us to deliver the best care at rates that work for everyone.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to get started, but if someone did let us know.

What should I bring or wear to my first visit?

Comfortable clothing and any relevant medical history or imaging if you have it.

How long are appointments?

Appointments depend on what treatment or service is needed, and what specialist you’re seeing. Please reach out to your  provider to find out more specifics.

How soon can I get scheduled?

After reviewing your intake, we’ll guide you to the appropriate available option. For more immediate needs please reach out to schedule a visit.

What types of treatments do you offer?

Care may include chiropractic, soft tissue work, movement-based therapy, and other integrative approaches depending on your situation. But please visit our services page to see the full list.

How long will I be in you care?

That depends on your specific situation, goals, and how your body responds to treatment. Some people come in for short-term relief, while others continue care to improve movement, quality of life, or performance. The best way is to learn how to prevent issues and become resilient. We’ll help guide you based on what makes sense for you.

How many times do I have to come?

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Frequency depends on what you’re dealing with, what you’re looking to achieve, and your  rvalue of a plan of care. While every human being will benefit from ongoing care, we understand that not everyone has that ability. We’ll outline a recommendation after learning more about you and how we can best serve you.

What risks are associated with chiropractic care?

Chiropractic care is generally considered safe when performed by a trained professional, or in this case Dr. Patrick Cullen. Like any physical treatment, some patients may experience mild soreness after a session-similar to a work out. If there are any concerns or considerations based on your history, those will be discussed with you before treatment.

Do you treat Workers’ Comp or Personal Injury cases?

At this time, Range handles Workers’ Compensation and personal injury cases on a case by case basis. If you’re unsure about your situation, feel free to reach out and we can help point you in the right direction.

Do you see children?

Some of our providers do work with children, depending on age and needs. If you’re looking to schedule for a child, we’ll help connect you with the right specialist.

Do you treat specific conditions?

Range works with a wide variety of conditions, from pain and injury to mobility and performance goals. The best way to determine fit is through your intake and initial conversation, where we can guide you to the right provider or approach.
