Patrick specializes in the intersection of strength training and rehabilitation, combining chiropractic care with movement coaching to help clients build resilience, recover from injury, and move with more confidence. His approach draws on StrongFirst Kettlebell Training, Animal Flow, Foundation Training, Functional Range Conditioning, and Olympic Lifting, all informed by hands-on experience in massage therapy and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Care. Sessions with Patrick focus on bridging the gap between clinical treatment and functional strength so clients leave not just feeling better, but moving better long term.

Brittney Behan
Personal Trainer and Stretch Therapist
Brittney is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Stretch/Mobility Therapist with a foundation in Occupational Therapy. Her background spans long-term care, in-home therapeutic settings, and leading hands-on stretch programming at a corporate facility. She holds specialized certificates in the Science of Stretching and Mobility Essentials for Fitness Professionals. Sessions with Brittney focus on improving mobility, relieving pain, correcting movement patterns, and building sustainable strength and confidence at any fitness level.
