His approach draws on StrongFirst Kettlebell Training, Animal Flow, Foundation Training, Functional Range Conditioning, and Olympic Lifting, all informed by hands-on experience in massage therapy and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Care. Sessions with Patrick focus on bridging the gap between clinical treatment and functional strength so clients leave not just feeling better, but moving better long term.
