Meditation
Meditation is a powerful practice to calm the mind, reduce stress, and increase mental clarity. We offer guided sessions that make mindfulness accessible, even for beginners.
Meditation has been known to reduce stress and anxiety, help with emotional regulation, increase focus and memory, and can help with management of chronic pain. Meditation is not about forcing the mind to be silent or creating a "blank" mind, but rather changing one's relationship to those thoughts and finding a new state of being.
